We have online reporting systems where students can report directly to security or to the dean’s office about situations they may be aware of.
Bystanders will not speak up until they are educated in their role of reducing violence on school campuses.
We hear on the radio and on T.V situations of violence and after further investigations we find out that others new about this and said NOTHING.
